Hello! I was taking Prozac for sometime last year. It did help me with the depression, but I noticed that I started to forget things and basically became very disorganized. I kept losing my keys and forgetting where I put things. That made me feel angry at times, and I decided to stop taking meds altogether. Perhaps, I would resume the therapy if my condition gets out of control.

But apparently, I messed up the chemical balance in my brain. I am constantly playing video games and would neglect my sleep cycles year after year. It has got to the stage when I would burst with anger over the smallest things. Had a psychotherapy session for the first time in my 29 years of age. I was prescribed Prozac for 2 months. It took me a while to get used to the schedule, but it definitely saved me from something terrible, to say the least.

Hi! I’ve had a severe depression for years. I’ve tried many things, and I’ve figured out that staying active worked the best. But I can not dedicate too much of my energy just for exercise. Prozac became my alternative solution, especially throughout busy seasons at work, when I can not afford to be away from my desk.

I had to spend a lot of time to find a good psychotherapist. The doctor explained everything in detail and showed me that antidepressants are safe if taken properly. We decided to go with Prozac, because it was the most popular medication within the antidepressant category. I’ve had a 5 months therapy course, and it helped me to stay focused. When I came out of it, there were no side effects whatsoever
